February update: Fall 2012 Camporee

As a patrol, Scouts will build a trebuchet using pioneering and lashing skills that will hurl a small pumpkin.   Design, build, and test your trebuchet prior to the camporee, but be prepared to reassemble it at the designated launch area at the Camporee. 2011 Camporee a Soggy Success!


Despite persistent rain, fun was had by all at the George Mason District Camporee. Nearly 400 Boy Scouts, Webelos, and Scouters came out to Fort Frederick State Park in Big Pool, MD for a weekend of camping, competition, and fun.
